Easy Allergy-Friendly Christmas Dessert Pizza

This gluten-free, allergy-friendly dessert pizza is the perfect treat to get ready for the holiday season! Grab a couple slices and some homemade Christmas cookies, and queue up Elf for a memorable and delicious December night.

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free pizza crust
  • 4 tbsp dark chocolate sunflower seed butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup crushed candy canes
  • 2 tbsp red, green, and white sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Spread dark chocolate sunflower seed butter on pizza crust, leaving a 1 inch space around the edges. Sunflower butter will spread slightly when baked.
  • Bake pizza for 8 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • Add mini marshmallows on top of the sunflower butter, pressing them down slightly to stick. Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Switch oven to broil at 450° F, and toast marshmallows for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, and add sprinkles and crushed candy canes.
