An easy gluten-free and dairy-free cookie recipe that makes perfectly fudgey chocolate cookies! All you need is a box of brownie mix, some pantry staples, and a bar of dark chocolate.

Ingredients
9.2ozgluten-free dry brownie mix
½cuphot water
1egg
¼cupcooking oil
½cupgluten-free flour
1dark chocolate sea salt bar
1tbspsea salt flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix together brownie mix and gluten-free flour.
Add in eggs, hot water, and cooking oil.
Stir with a spatula until batter is well combined.
Chop up chocolate bar into small chunks, and mix into brownie batter.
Use a 2 tbsp cookie scoop to place batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven, and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
