Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Spoon 2 tbsp of melted white chocolate into 8 muffins liners or silicon cups.
Place cups on a baking tray, and put in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator & spoon 1 tsp strawberry jelly into the center of the hardened white chocolate disk.
Cover jelly completely in more melted white chocolate.
Shake the baking tray to flatten top, and place YumEarth candy in top.
Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes, remove from cups, and serve.
