Peppermint bark is a holiday classic, but if you haven’t tried adding popcorn to it you are missing out! This marbled chocolate popcorn peppermint bark has the perfect combination of sweet and salty with lots of added crunch from the popcorn and crushed candy canes. I’m a big fan of using both white and milk chocolate, but you can use whatever chocolate combo you prefer/ You could do white and dark, dark and milk, or you could make it extra minty by using peppermint chocolate! I love how easy this bark is to make, and I always have so much fun making the swirled design at the end. You will definitely want to have some of this bark around while you’re decorating the Christmas tree or watching holiday movies!
What You Need to Make Marbled Chocolate Popcorn Peppermint Bark
- White chocolate chips: I used Artisan Kettle white chocolate chips, which are made in a nut-free facility.
- Milk chocolate chips: I love using Guittard chocolate chips in my recipes because all their chocolate is nut-free.
- Candy canes: Any brand will work here! YumEarth makes great allergy-friendly candy canes that are also dye-free!
- Popcorn: Some of my current favorites are SkinnyPop and Pop Zero, which are all made in nut-free facilities.

Ultimate Marbled Chocolate Popcorn Peppermint Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 crushed candy canes
- 3 cups popcorn
Instructions
- Microwave white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips in separate bowls until fully melted.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and smooth melted white chocolate chips on tray using a spatula.
- Drizzle melted milk chocolate on top of white chocolate creating rough lines with the chocolate.
- Use a small toothpick to create a marbled design by swirling themilk chocolate lines into the white chocolate .
- Once satisfied with design, press popcorn and crushed candy canes into the marbled chocolate.
- Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
- Once set, remove from refrigerator, and crack into pieces.
