What to make with your leftover cranberry sauce… this gluten-free CRANBERRY BRIE SKILLET🧀🍒 made with @brazi_bites cheese bread! It’s a super easy allergy-friendly appetizer for the holiday season that can be made in under an hour. The full recipe is below!🥰 Would you make this skillet?⬇️

Ingredients:
2 bags cheddar & parmesan @brazi_bites
1 round brie cheese
1/4 cup cranberry sauce

Recipe:
Preheat oven to 400F. Place Brazi Bites in two rings around the edges of a cast iron skillet. Cut top off the brie cheese and place in the center of the bites. Bake for 15 minutes. Cover brie cheese with foil to prevent it from over melting, and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until bites are cooked through. Remove from oven and remove foil from brie. Fold in cranberry sauce to the top of the brie! Optional: garnish with rosemary before serving!

Make a budget-friendly gluten-free charcuterie board with me!🥖🍂 Using all ingredients from @traderjoesglutenfree + the NEW @giftedbreads vegan baguettes which are free of the top 8 allergens! 👏 I picked up a few cheeses and prosciutto + salami from Trader Joe’s to build the board and then added sliced apples, @eatmiltons crackers, and rosemary to decorate 🌿 Everything is gluten-free & nut-free!

Happy Halloween!🎃 Celebrating with these easy & allergy-friendly MUMMY FRUIT BARS!👻🍓 Made with my favorite mini fruit bars from @thatsit which are top 12 allergen free! Just unwrap the bars, grab a popsicle stick, and dip them in melted white chocolate (I used candy melts from @vermontnutfree) They’re so fun and super easy to make! 👏 How are you celebrating Halloween?⬇️

Ingredients:
@thatsit mini fruit bars
2 cups @vermontnutfree white chocolate chips
Edible candy eyes
Popsicle sticks

Recipe:
Melt chocolate chips on 30 second increments for 2 minutes. Unwrap That’s It mini fruit bars and skewer with popsicle sticks. Dip in melted white chocolate until fully covered. Place on a lined baking sheet, and let chocolate set in the fridge for 15 minutes. Remove from fridge and drizzle on extra white chocolate for mummy wraps and decorate with candy eyes. Let chocolate harden completely before serving.

It’s almost Halloween, so this is your sign to make edible allergy-friendly SUNCUP COOKIE DOUGH!🍪🥄 This is one of my favorite easy nut-free treats, and it’s perfect for Halloween parties + other October activities!🎃 It’s a gluten-free cookie dough made with @sunbutter & filled with @vermontnutfree skippers (to look like reese’s pieces!) & chopped up @free2bfoods dark chocolate sunflower butter cups!🍫 Recipe is below! Have you ever made edible cookie dough?⬇️

Ingredients:
1/2 cup softened butter (can use dairy-free)
1 1/2 cups heat-treated gluten-free flour (I used @kingarthurbaking)
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower seed butter (I used creamy @sunbutter)
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp milk
1/2 cup yellow & orange @vermontnutfree skippers
3 packs of dark chocolate @free2bfoods sun cups

Recipe:
Bake the flour at 300F for 5 minutes to heat treat (this makes it safe to eat raw. In a large bowl cream together softened butter, sunflower seed butter, and sugar until blended. Add in vanilla and milk. Fold in flour until well combined. Add mix-ins and serve!

It also uses 4 different types of @vermontnutfree chocolate🍫 which is all made in a completely nut-free facility! Go check them out for safe Halloween treats this season, and go make this festive snack mix!🧡

Ingredients:
3 cups popcorn (I used @opopop)
3 cups rice @chexcereal
1 cup @vermontnutfree white chocolate melts
1/2 cup @vermontnutfree milk skippers
1/2 cup candy corn (I used @jellybellycandyco which is peanut-free)
@vermontnutfree pumpkin chocolates (I used the dark chocolate minis and big milk chocolate crispy)
Edible eyeball candy (I used a pack from @target)

Recipe:
Mix together popcorn and rice chex. Melt white chocolate melts until creamy and pour over popcorn and rice chex mixture. Let harden for 5 minutes. Pour popcorn and chex mix into a large bowl and add candy corn, skippers, eyeball candy, and dark chocolate pumpkins. Mix to combine. Top with @vermontnutfree pumpkin chocolate to serve!

Ingredients:
1 cup dairy-free softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour (I used @kingarthurbaking)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups rolled oats (I used @traderjoesglutenfree)
1/2 cup dried apple pieces

Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp dairy-free milk (I used @oatly)

Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350F. Beat butter and sugar on medium until creamy. Add in vanilla and eggs and mix until combined. Add in flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and rolled oats. Stir until well combined. Fold in dried apple pieces. Drop cookies on baking sheet 2 inches apart and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Drizzle on icing and let set for 15 minutes to harden.

Come with me to find the best GLUTEN-FREE + NUT-FREE PIZZA 🍕‼️ in San Francisco! 📍@thelaundromatsf is one of my favorite spots in SF! They serve bagels in the mornings 🥯 and pizza in the evenings (+ burgers on Wednesday nights) and the entire kitchen + menu is completely nut-free!👏They do not have gluten-free bagels but can make almost all their pizzas gluten-free on homemade GF dough. Their gluten-free pizza is so fluffy and soft, you would literally never believe it’s gluten-free!
