It’s fall y’all! And nothing says fall more like walking into Trader Joe’s and seeing all of the festive products! I love shopping at Trader Joe’s because of the affordability and ease. However, often people with food allergies express their concerns about cross-contamination labeling on Trader Joe’s products. This is what inspired to start researching products and sharing them on my Instagram and blog! A short disclaimer: all the allergen information listed below was written by myself after multiple calls with the Trader Joe’s customer service line (dates included). I always call the Trader Joe’s customer service line to inquire about potential cross-contamination. The number is (833)-771-0299. Call during business hours and make sure to have the product’s 8 digit bar code handy, so those assisting you can give you the right information about your product’s manufacturing facility. The customer service representatives will be able to check for the presence of any of your requested allergens on both the equipment and the facility. Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Bagels
Kicking this post off with my all-time FAVORITE Trader Joe’s fall product… the Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Bagels!! If you are gluten-free and have yet to try these bagels, you need to run to the store to pick them up! They are so fluffy and have the perfect amount of pumpkin spice flavor. They do contain eggs, so keep that in mind if you have an egg allergy. However, they are free from the other top allergens and made in a dedicated nut and gluten-free facility!

Pumpkin Tortilla Chips
If you read my first Trader Joe’s blog post, you know I LOVE the sweet potato tortilla chips! These are super similar and such a great snack for fall! They have a great crunch and cinnamon/pumpkin/nutmeg flavor. I love pairing these with the spicy peach salsa. They’re free of the top 8 allergens and made in a dedicated nut and gluten-free facility!

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Streusel Muffins
These are the most amazing pumpkin muffins I’ve found! They do contain milk and egg, but are free of other major allergens and made in a peanut, tree nut, and gluten-free facility.

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Ravioli
I am absolutely obsessed with this ravioli and have been purchasing it on every Trader Joe’s trip! It contains milk and egg, but is free from other major allergens. There are pine nuts in the facility but not on shared equipment. Other than that, the facility is free of all other tree nuts, as well as peanuts and gluten.

Spiced Apple Cider
Apple cider is an essential for any fall occasion, and this one from Trader Joe’s is my personal favorite! It’s super allergy-friendly and made in a nut and gluten-free facility. It’s also so great for making apple cider baked goods!

Maple Butter
Trader Joe’s Maple Butter is one of the most unique products sold during the fall season. It’s made with only one ingredient… maple syrup! Put it on pumpkin bread, toast, pancakes or use it in baking. It’s free of the top 8 allergens, has no warning labels, and it’s made on dedicated nut and gluten-free lines in a peanut and gluten-free facility. Note that tree nuts (pecans only) are present in the facility.

Pumpkin Spice Hummus
Dessert hummus is always a love-it or hate-it food, and while I usually am not a huge fan, I love this seasonal one from Trader Joe’s! Another allergy win is it’s free of the top 8 allergens and sesame! Note: it does have a may contain warning for sesame. Enjoy it with pita chips, cookies, or put it on a dessert board!

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread
This gluten-free pumpkin bread is such a find! It contains egg, but is free from the other top 8 allergens and has no warning labels, which is rare for bakery products! When I called the customer service line, I was also told it’s made in a dedicated nut and gluten-free facility. Definitely pick up this pumpkin bread if it’s safe for you and if you don’t want to do all of your fall baking from scratch!

Wholly Gluten-Free Pie Shells
Trader Joe’s often works with outside allergy-friendly brands to expand their range of allergen-free products in the store. During the fall/winter season, they stock Wholly Gluten-Free Pie Shells in the freezer section! Their products are all made in a facility free of the top 8 allergens except egg, as well as gluten, sesame, and mustard. I love keeping the pie shells in the freezer from October-January for holiday parties and other occasions when I might need to bake a safe dessert.

Cinnamon Bun Spread
Trader Joe’s is well known for its fun allergy-friendly fall spreads, and this one does not disappoint! As one of the most iconic fall products, it’s most famous for being paired with pastry dough to make cinnamon rolls! However, there are tons of other creative uses for it. Note that this spread does contain milk. It’s made in a peanut-free facility on dedicated nut and gluten-free lines.

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Baking Mix
I love baking from scratch, but this gluten-free pumpkin baking mix is great for when I want to whip up a fall treat quickly! The mix is top 8 allergen free; however it does contain a warning label for may contain milk and soy. While their is gluten and tree nuts present in the facility, the mix is made on dedicated nut and gluten-free lines.

Spooky Bats & Cats
These spooky bats and cats dummies are such a fun product for Halloween! While they are free of the top 8 allergens, note that they do have a may contain warning for milk. Additionally, the customer service line alerted me that there are peanuts and tree nuts present in the facility. However, they are made on dedicated nut and gluten-free lines, so I personally felt comfortable.
