Trader Joe’s fall drop is finally here, and as always, it’s packed with cozy flavors, pumpkin everything, and a few surprises. I went through all of the product labels and called Trader Joe’s to pull together the allergy details for this season’s fall items
Below, I’ve broken down the list into Safe for Nut & Gluten Allergies, Safe for Nut Allergies, and Not Safe — so you can shop with confidence if you or your family are managing allergies.
All the allergen information listed below was written by myself after multiple calls with the Trader Joe’s customer service line. I always call the Trader Joe’s customer service line to inquire about potential cross-contamination. The number is (833)-771-0299. Call during business hours and make sure to have the product’s 8-digit bar code handy. Their customer service team will be able to check for the presence of any of your requested allergens on both the equipment and the facility.
