These white chocolate strawberry jelly cups are the perfect easy treat for Valentine’s Day! They’re made with only 3 ingredients, and are free of gluten, nuts, soy, and eggs! If you use dairy-free white chocolate chips, they can be made vegan and top 8 allergen free! To make these all you have to do is melt down white chocolate, pour it into muffin liners or cups, add strawberry jelly to the center, and top with candy hearts! I used YumEarth heart-shaped gummy fruits, which is one of my go-to brands for any holiday. All their candy is so cute, and it’s all allergy-friendly, non-GMO, and dye-free! Whenever I make small desserts, I love using these silicon baking cups from Amazon! They’re super flexible and extremely versatile — I’ve used them to make a variety of different chocolate cups and ice cream bites! They also make clean up super easy and help reduce excess waste in the kitchen. Simply remove the cups from the container, and you have the perfect easy treat for any Valentine’s Day celebration!
What You Need to Make White Chocolate Strawberry Heart Cups
- White chocolate chips: My favorite white chocolate chips are from Guittard chocolate. Guittard chocolate manufactures all of their chocolate in a dedicated nut and gluten-free facility. If you need dairy-free chocolate, I highly recommend the Pascha Chocolate white chocolate baking chips. They’re vegan, top 8 allergen free, and made in a dedicated facility.
- Strawberry jelly: You can use any jam or jelly that you like! I would recommend using one that’s slightly on the thicker side, so it doesn’t run out the sides when you remove the treats from the silicone baking cups.
- YumEarth heart-shaped gummy fruits: These YumEarth heart-shaped gummy fruits are free of the top 8 allergens and artificial colors. They made the cups super festive and delicious!
